RMA (Return material and goods)
All products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging. All original components including manuals, software, keyboard, mouse, etc. must be returned.
Claims for "Dead On Arrival" product (DOA) must be made within 6 days of receipt of goods. All damages, short/mis-ships or short box claims must be informed to the shipping agent at reception of the supplied goods. Such incidents must be reported to RefurbIT within 24hrs of receipt.
Requests for return of working product for a credit, must be made within 2 days of delivery date and a restocking fee of 45% or minimum 100€ will be applied. Return freight is the responsibility of the Customer. There are no returns of any kind on specially ordered products.
All RMA's must be approved by your Sales contact in advance and an RMA Number must be issued. If product is returned to RefurbIT without an RMA number clearly indicated on the outside of the packaging, the goods will be refused. Do not write or apply any freight labels etc. directly on the original manufacturer's packaging.
Product authorized for return by your Sales contact, must be returned within 6 days of the issuance of the RMA number. Any returns received after 6 days will be refused and the RMA number will no longer be valid.
